ORBISCAL is your ally in cleaning salts from iron surfaces. It is primarily used in the professional sector for the safe removal of salts and rust that are typical deposits on pipes and members of heating/cooling circuits that are not protected by anti-repellent additives (e.g. our ORBINOX). These are caused by the natural hardness of the water passing through, constantly accumulate in the most critical parts and do not allow the system to be heated (or cooled) effectively. The situation then gets worse until the machine clogs up. Before it clogs up, it must be serviced with ORBISCAL. Some use acids that quickly corrode the metals, so perforations occur-which is not pleasant. In contrast, our ORBISCAL descaling fluid is inert, it does not harm anything (not even the gaskets)-except unwanted salt deposits-which it quickly eliminates. It is worked cold, usually diluted with water. It is perfectly suited to all cleaning operations where there is lithium, gunk, rust, such as in bathrooms, toilets, boats, etc. Instructions for use A. For internal cleaning (steam boilers, boilers, circuits, hot water machines, car radiators, etc.): Dilute contents to a 10-15% solution and cause recycling. Cleaning proceeds with some effervescence, so leave the system open to vent. Temperature (40-50°C) speeds up the work. When the effervescence stops in a while, continue for a while longer. Then empty and rinse thoroughly twice with water. Β. For descaling iron surfaces, dissolve ORBISCAL in 1-2 parts of water and dip the objects to be cleaned into it. The time is a few tens of minutes, rarely hours. Rinse with water. ORBISCAL does not easily re-scour iron surfaces. Γ. In cases of cleaning mosaics, tile, toilets, bathrooms, metallic plastic or painted surfaces exposed to water or moisture that “catch puri”, use ORBISCAL-I Apply the solid, or 2-3 times diluted material with a sponge and scrub lightly.
