Elena Kougianou Jewels is a jewelry brand, created by Elena Kougianou in 2011.
With love for vintage jewelry, colorful minerals and unusual adornment designs, each collection pays homage to traditional craftsmanship with an eye to experimental design.
Main characteristic of all the collections are the metallic lace details, precious stone earrings and double fingered rings. All pieces are handmade in Athens, Greece by using a thousand years old techniques such as the lost wax technique, granulation and filigree.
Elena draws inspiration from the geometry of the Art Deco era, the softness of Art Nouveau and the history of Ancient Greek designs. The result consists of bold, contemporary and feminine pieces that blend gold, amethysts, chrysoprase, tourmalines and other beautiful stones together.
