éla! in Patmos invites guests on a culinary journey of organic harmony

Settled in a serene valley on the northside of Patmos lies éla!—a harmonious blend of organic farming, seasonal dining and a passion for natural wines. Celebrating the rich agricultural traditions of the Dodecanese, éla! offers visitors an immersive farm-to-table experience against a backdrop of rustic beauty. Inviting guests to embark on a culinary journey that begins in its lush, 2.5-acre organic farm, the restaurant is set on the terrace of a mid-century Patmian cottage, with panoramic views of the vineyard and farm. The ambiance is intimate and inviting, featuring pinewood tables nestled under the presence of a three-hundred-year-old olive tree.

This season, Michelin-starred Italian chefs Cristian Stradaioli and Andrea Andrea Borroni create interesting menus using the freshest produce from the gardens, alongside top-quality local seafood and meats prepared on open flames in an outdoor kitchen. éla!’s wine cellar features natural wines from small, independent producers across Europe and Georgia. For the past four years, éla! has diligently cultivated its land, converting degraded soil into a flourishing organic farm through sustainable and regenerative practices. This dedication has yielded a vibrant landscape where a variety of vegetables, herbs, fruits, and flowers thrive in abundance.
