Orbiblak is a product containing special cleaning agents and other auxiliary ingredients that clean the iron from dirt and light rust (hot) and cover it evenly with a thin layer of anti-corrosive, black iron oxide. ORBIBLAK is rarely used directly on its own, usually accompanied by various types of pre- and post-treatment baths, the most important of which are the following: – ORBILUX, ORBILIN, ORFOS, ORBISAN, ORBOXAN: purifications, phosphatings. – ORBIBLAK: Orphaning in 1-2 baths and temperature 140-160°C. – ORBIGEN: Hot passivation. – ORBOL or ORBISOL: Protective and polishing (soap) oils. The choice of the most suitable materials and methods is made on the basis of an on-site assessment of the existing parameters.
