ORPHOS is a green two-phase liquid that mixes relatively easily into a milky liquid and dissolves immediately in water. ORPHOS simultaneously delights, cleans and primes iron surfaces (to protect them from rust and to prepare them perfectly for painting). Phosphating is a non-conductive, skin-like material that is incorporated as a thin, dense layer on the metal and gives it many times the original surface finish. Thus the paint hooks and does not peel off with time or stress, and when the metal is struck the corrosion does not continue.
